You may have renewed your massage therapy license many times, but the newly formed Alabama Massage Therapy Licensing Board (Board) has new licensing requirements that are different from years past.
Under the new Board, licensees are required to submit a fingerprint background check for all applications, including renewals—no license will be issued without a background check. Fingerprint information can be found here.
If you were due to renew your license in June, you must renew your license before July 31, 2024.
