Nina McIntosh was the author of The Educated Heart: Professional Boundaries for Massage Therapists, Bodyworkers, and Movement Teachers (Lippincott Williams & Wilkins, 2005). Nina succumbed to ALS (Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis, also known as Lou Gehrig’s disease) in 2010.
