Here is what ABMP Membership Coordinator (and ABMP member) Mary Heinz did to promote massage during the weeklong celebration:
“I offered free massage to members of Highland Rescue Team, an emergency services facility that serves the area where our ABMP offices are located here in Genesee, Colorado. In addition to my work at ABMP and my private massage practice, I also volunteer at Highland Rescue as an emergency medical technician (EMT), so it seemed appropriate to offer massage during EBDMW to these first responders that I work with.”
