Robert Cass, has excelled at various senior management positions throughout the hospitality business and has made spas the focus of his work. Properties he has led have earned numerous awards, including multiple recipients of Canada's 50 Best Managed Private Companies award. Cass was a founder, director, and vice president of Premier Spas of Ontario. As part of his ongoing dedication to wellness Cass became a certified facilitator, yoga instructor, reiki master, and Thai yoga massage practitioner. Cass is the co-founder of Spaformation, a full-service spa consulting firm now serving clients throughout North America and abroad. Cass has travelled North America sharing his knowledge at spa conferences as well as authored numerous articles for publications such as Spa Management Journal, Spa Canada, Day Spa Magazine, and Skin Inc., just to name a few.
