Video Course: Self-Care For a High-Performance Practice

Rick Boden

Every year, therapists get injured and leave the profession, leading many to believe that a full-time massage career is not sustainable. But in this engaging discussion, we’ll challenge that notion and help you to see yourself as a massage athlete. As with athletic longevity, it all starts with how you think about self-care, action planning, and discipline. You really can stay in the profession for as long as you like, but only if you do the things necessary to take care of yourself in an effective self-care program, just like a successful athlete.
