Video Course: Deep Tissue Unwinding
Angie Dubis
Deep Tissue Unwinding is a simple five-step process that helps clients disperse superficial tension and settle into the massage table. The technique uses a fluid combination of gentle rocking, slow deep compressions, myofascial elongation strokes, targeted pressure point holds, and integrative movement to unwind and relax the client. Deep Tissue Unwinding is easy to integrate into any routine and can also be used as a standalone therapy.
