Video Course: The Culture At Your Massage School: What’s Your Role?

Roger Patrizio

Every massage school has a distinctive culture. It develops organically through the beliefs and behaviors of everyone at the school, from administrators and staff to instructors and students. However, culture can also be shaped and cultivated. Creating a strong campus culture means a more enjoyable school experience, higher levels of motivation for staff and students, and a stronger, more stable organization, as the school becomes a tightly knit community of engaged participants. What’s your role as a student? An instructor? An administrator? This presentation sets the stage for offline activities that involve everyone at your school and put you in the driver’s seat in creating a positive, thriving campus culture.
