This comprehensive course from Dr. Joe Muscolino teaches 12 stretching positions to target specific muscles in five lines of stretching: anterior, medial, lateral, posterior vertical, and posterior horizontal. Stretching techniques include contract relax (CR), also known as post-isometic relaxation (PIR) or proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF).
