Video Course: Introduction to Structural Myofascial Therapy

BetsyAnn Baron

This engaging presentation is about more than just anatomy of the fascia and its relationship to the muscle tissue. You’ll learn unique methods of fascial assessment, including postural somatic awareness, an important subjective evaluation tool that adds insights into your clients’ needs, allowing you to tune in with how they present physically and providing you with better information for structuring your treatments. We’ll also explore myofascial palpation using a simple hands-on exercise to help you understand the feel of the myofascial membrane.
